Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. At checkout you will have options for adding branded packaging. If this is your first order or you are situated outside the UK, a pro forma invoice will be emailed to you together with details of how to make payment. For orders which qualify for extended credit terms, an invoice will be included within your delivery.
Our initial minimum order is £250 excluding VAT and delivery charge.

In addition, all orders over £500 net, where branding is required will receive, free of charge, a stand-up display card promoting the Adalise brand. This will otherwise be charged at £.
It is understood and agreed that the goods are supplied in the U.K. under De Mexico's standard payment terms: pro forma for first orders and then 30 days credit from date of delivery. De Mexico reserves the right to charge interest at 2% per month from the due date until payment. Goods will remain the property of De Mexico until payment for goods has been received in full.
Orders from EU and overseas countries will not be eligable for extended payment terms.
For orders made from within the UK, 20% VAT is added. Orders shipped to within the EU are VAT free, providing that you have supplied a valid EU VAT registration number on your application for a trade account. Orders outside the EU will not attract any VAT.
De Mexico will not be liable for any charges, duties, taxes or VAT levied upon delivery by destinations countries outside the UK.
Delivery Within The UK
All items for mainland U.K.delivery are handled by Royal mail.
Postage and packaging are charged at cost.
Mainland UK deliveries over £300 ex VAT are carriage paid.
Please note all items delivered to a UK address will need to be signed for on delivery.
For delivery outside the UK, we use Royal Mail International signed for service. Delivery times can vary depending on the country, but generally we would allow 7 - 10 days.
Charges for overseas delivery will be added to your invoice.
If you should require any help with delivery charges please email us before submitting your order.
Orders will be despatched within a maximium of 5 business days . De Mexico will use it's best efforts to supply the goods within this time period but time shall not be of the essence and the company will not be liable for delays. Goods will remain the property of De Mexico until payment of the goods has been received in full.
Whilst De Mexico will endeavour to complete shipments in one delivery, it reserves the right to make part deliveries. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. However backordered items are not charged until they are ready for shipping.
Any claims to De Mexico for non-delivery, short deliveries, damaged goods or incorrect deliveries must be notified to the company within 7 working days of delivery. Any goods will be accepted back for credit or replacement provided that the customer returns the goods (in same condition as when supplied and in their original packaging) within this time limit.
Although De Mexico prides itself on its high quality and endeavours to maintain a rigorous quality control of its jewellery, when defective goods may occasionally be returned to us outside the 7 day time period each case is assessed on an individual basis and would generally result in either a repair, replacement or credit.
On faulty items returned to De Mexico, replacement items will also be sent to you free of P&P charges. If returned within the 7 days your postage will be refunded.
De Mexico will not accept for return items that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accident or intent howsoever caused. Neither are we able to accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit.
For hygiene reasons, we regret that, unless faulty, earrings for pierced ears are not returnable.
De Mexico does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Issue a unique identifier (e.g. customer login)
d. Monitor customer account status beyond that required for individual purchases
e. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
It is company policy that Adalise does not allow any part of the Website including design, text and in particular photographs, to be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying or any other information storage and retrieval system.
