You will find Adalise nestled in the heart of historic Richmond upon Thames in a colourful, atmospheric alley lined with 18th century buildings which opens out onto Richmond Green. Paved Court is a haven for tourists and locals alike, full of fascinating little shops and cafes.
As you approach Adalise, take care not to stumble over our west highland terrier, Mitzi, who loves to lie outside sunbathing. Despite being a tripping hazard, she is a much-loved character in the area. Inside, you will be greeted by our staff: Sian, Gareth and Joya. Adalise is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10.30am till 5pm, Sunday 12am till 4pm.
While you are in the area, you might want to make a day of it by also taking in some of the nearby attractions. After enjoying a cappuccino and cake at one of the local coffee shops, you could explore the extensive world-heritage gardens at Kew. If you still have the energy, as well as a taste for history, a walk between Richmond Green and the Thames will reveal the remains of Richmond Palace where Queen Elizabeth I once entertained French ambassadors. Alternatively, just stroll along the banks of the Thames soaking up the atmosphere of London's most attractive borough.
Richmond lies 15 miles southwest of central London yet a fast train from London Waterloo will bring you here in 15 minutes. Adalise is just a few minutes walk from the station.
We look forward to seeing you.
